Yes, we ship internationally. But duty and shipping charges are extra.

You can contact us via email, phone or chat option with your order ID to change the delivery address.

We accept all the India, International cards, COD, UPID payments.

Order & Replace

We will ship the product within 3 to 4 weeks after receiving payment. If we can ship earlier or encounter any delays, our team will contact you via your registered phone number and email.

No Questions asked return policy.

You can request a refund at any time before receiving the shipment notification via email, customer care chat, or call. We will refund the full amount paid.

If you decide to return the product within 10 days after delivery, we will accept the return. Please ensure all items that came with the V-safe are returned in the original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method, minus the shipping charges, which are approximately 2000 INR within India.

Warranty

All the V SAFE parts are comes with 1 –Year warranty.

The warranty period for your product starts on the original date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt or invoice.

Yes, you can extend your base warranty for periods of up to five (5) years by purchasing a Warranty Upgrade. Please be aware that V SAFE plans may change at its sole discretion without notice.

Warranty Upgrade

While warranty upgrades can be purchased while the base warranty is active, it is recommended to purchase the services with the product or within ninety (90) days of product purchase. Some specific upgrades, like Accidental Damage Protection, must be purchased within the first ninety (90) days period.

Warranty Upgrades always start from the hardware’s purchase date.

Yes, Warranty Upgrades require registration. After the Warranty Upgrade is purchased, you will receive an e-mail with detailed procedure to register warranty upgrade in portal or you can always contact our customer happiness centre via email, phone or Chabot with details, our team will register warranty upgrade on your behalf.

After the Warranty Upgrade is registered, you will receive a V-Safe Registration Confirmation email including the Warranty Terms and Conditions and the Warranty start and end dates.
